Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

Du bist Teil des Customer Engineering Teams, in dem der kundenspezifische Teil der Elektrotechnik unserer Anlagen entworfen wird. Effiziente Prozesse und Abläufe und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität sind für unseren Erfolg sehr wichtig. Du arbeitest mit unseren Kunden, dem Projektmanagement, der Montage, der Entwicklung, der IT und unserm Servicebereich zusammen. Es kommt auf Flexibilität, Kundenorientierung und breites technisches Interesse an.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Selbständige Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse innerhalb des Unternehmens

* Analyse von Fehlermodi in der Schaltplan- und Softwareerstellung. Bildung von Fehlerbaumzuordnungen

* Erarbeiten, Festlegen und Durchführen von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit Operations (Elektromontage und Prüfstand), Engineering, Einkauf, Logistik

* Eigenständige Initiierung und Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten im ERP (Oracle) und E-Plan Umfeld

* Aktualisierung und Verbesserung der Prozessbeschreibungen in unserer ISO Prozesslandkarte

* Aktualisierung und Verbesserung der internen Schulungsdokumente

* Begleitung von internen und externen Audits

* Unterstützung in der Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Schaltplan Design Templates. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design & Tooling Team

* Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Bauteile im Electrical Customer Engineering und in Operations (Montage)

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene HTL oder FH Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik/Wirtschaftsingenieur/ Meister Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik

* Erfahrung in der Planung von elektrischen Anlagen

* Erfahrung im Erstellen von Schaltplänen auf Eplan P8

* Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse für Projektmanagement

* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Konversationsfähiges Englisch

* Selbständiges Arbeiten, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu entwickeln
