Vous aimez comprendre le fonctionnement des installations, résoudre des pannes complexes et participer à l'amélioration continue d'un outil de production ?

Nous recherchons un électricien industriel expérimenté qui souhaite mettre son expertise au service d'un site industriel moderne et évoluer progressivement vers davantage de responsabilités.

Ici, votre rôle ne se limite pas au dépannage. Vous participez activement à la fiabilité des installations, aux nouveaux projets techniques et aux améliorations qui font avancer l'entreprise au quotidien.

Votre mission

En tant qu'électricien industriel, vous êtes un acteur clé de la performance du site.

Après votre intégration, vous intervenez en toute autonomie sur les installations électriques et contribuez à leur amélioration continue.

Concrètement, vous serez amené à :

  • Assurer le dépannage et la maintenance des équipements électriques du site.
  • Garantir la continuité de fonctionnement des installations et intervenir rapidement en cas d'incident.
  • Réaliser les entretiens préventifs planifiés afin d'anticiper les pannes.
  • Participer à l'analyse des dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions durables.
  • Gérer et assurer le suivi des non-conformités électriques.
  • Participer aux contrôles et analyses thermographiques.
  • Réaliser le câblage, les raccordements et la mise en service de nouvelles installations.
  • Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration technique et à la modernisation des équipements.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des interventions via la GMAO.
  • Maintenir vos connaissances à jour grâce aux formations et à la veille technologique. Selon vos aspirations et votre évolution, vous pourrez progressivement accéder à une fonction de contremaître et prendre davantage de responsabilités dans l'organisation et le pilotage des activités de maintenance.

Ce qui fera votre réussite

Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en électricité industrielle et appréciez les environnements techniques exigeants.

Vous aimez analyser les problèmes en profondeur, travailler de manière autonome et collaborer avec les autres équipes pour trouver les meilleures solutions.

Nous apprécierons particulièrement :

  • Une formation A2 en électricité ou équivalent.
  • Une expérience significative en milieu industriel.
  • Des connaissances en automatisation ou en réseaux industriels constituent un atout.
  • Une approche rigoureuse et méthodique.
  • Un bon esprit d'équipe et une communication constructive.
  • Une capacité à prendre des initiatives et à proposer des améliorations.
  • L'envie d'apprendre et de continuer à développer vos compétences.
