The posting

Vous serez chargé de la maintenance du parc des machines industrielles.

Vos tâches principales :

  • Maintenance préventive et curative des machines industrielles
  • Interventions mécaniques, électriques et pneumatiques, afin de minimiser les arrêts de production
  • Aider lors de l’installation des nouveaux équipements afin de se familiariser avec les aspects techniques des nouvelles installations
  • Apporter une assistance technique au chef de ligne afin que les équipements soient utilisés de manière optimale
  • Préparer les rapports de maintenance et faire le suivi afin de mettre à jour les informations techniques, et suivre les procédures réglementaires.
  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive et effectuer les réglages de machines.
  • Formuler et mettre en oeuvre des propositions d’amélioration.
  • Vous avez au minimum un niveau A2 en mécanique, électromécanique
  • Une expérience dans un milieu industriel est nécessaire
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’électricité et mécanique, avec une connaissance de base du pneumatique
  • Vous savez lire des plans techniques, des schémas électriques et des instructions en anglais
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience en soudure TIG (= un avantage, pas obligatoire)
  • Vous avez une mentalité d’équipe et d’indépendance, vous êtes motivé
  • Vous savez travailler dans un environnement de temps en temps bruyant
  • La sécurité et la qualité vous guident au quotidien dans votre travail
  • Vous savez travailler en 2 équipes. Si l’équipe de nuit vous intéresse, ceci est une valeur ajoutée.
