The posting

Notre client, actif dans la production agroalimentaire dans la région de Waremme, recherche plusieurs électromécanicien.ne.s pour renforcer son service technique, avec un focus sur la logistique, le conditionnement ou la production, selon votre expertise.

Vos responsabilités selon le département :

Département Logistique :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des systèmes de convoyage et de palettisation
  • Diagnostiquer et intervenir sur les automates pilotant les lignes de distribution interne
  • Optimiser le flux logistique automatisé avec l’équipe d’amélioration continue
  • Gérer les pannes sur les engins de manutention automatisés
  • Collaborer avec le service logistique pour minimiser les temps d’arrêt

Département Conditionnement :

  • Effectuer les réglages, entretiens et dépannages sur les machines d'emballage, d’étiquetage et de dosage
  • Surveiller les performances des lignes de conditionnement et intervenir en cas d’écarts
  • Participer aux changements de formats et aux améliorations de cadence
  • Travailler étroitement avec les opérateurs pour garantir une production fluide et conforme
  • Veiller au respect des normes hygiène et sécurité alimentaire

Département Production :

  • Maintenir et réparer les lignes de production automatisées (mélange, cuisson, refroidissement…)
  • Analyser les causes de pannes répétitives et proposer des solutions techniques
  • Contribuer à l’installation de nouveaux équipements
  • Participer aux audits techniques internes et externes
  • S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des capteurs, moteurs, et systèmes pneumatiques
