Ben jij een ervaren elektricien met leiderschap in je bloed?

Heb jij een goede technische kennis van elektriciteit en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op de werf? Kan je een team aansturen, maar steek je ook zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen?

Jouw functie

Als ploegbaas elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede uitvoering van projecten bij professionele klanten. Je stuurt je team aan, bewaakt de voortgang van de werken en werkt zelf actief mee aan de elektrische installaties.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Overleggen met de projectleider over planning, uitvoering en praktische afspraken
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een correcte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van het project
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van je team op locatie
  • Bekabelen en aansluiten van elektrische installaties
  • Plaatsen en aansluiten van verlichting
  • Installeren van data- en netwerksystemen
  • Plaatsen en aansluiten van brand- en inbraakdetectiesystemen
  • Praktische en technische problemen op de werf mee oplossen
  • Zelf actief meewerken waar nodig

Voor deze verantwoordelijke functie zoeken we iemand met technische kennis en leiderschapskwaliteiten.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een goede kennis en affiniteit met elektrische installaties
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een TSO-diploma Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige technische kennis
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je kan een team motiveren en aansturen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je communiceert vlot en constructief met zowel collega's als leidinggevenden
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt geen uitgesproken 9-tot-5-mentaliteit
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Bereidheid om te overnachten van maandag tot vrijdag is een grote plus, maar geen vereiste
