Heb je al een eerste ervaring als elektricien en wil je nu terechtkomen op een plek waar je écht verder kunt groeien? Hier krijg je begeleiding, opleiding én steeds meer vrijheid naarmate je de job onder de knie krijgt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bereidt elektrische werfkasten voor en zorgt voor een correcte installatie.
  • Je bouwt elektrische borden op en staat in voor de bekabeling.
  • Je sluit kabels en elektrische componenten aan op de werf.
  • Je helpt elektrische storingen opsporen en oplossen.
  • Je voert onderhoud, herstellingen en depannages uit aan verschillende installaties.
  • Je helpt mee bij de technische inrichting van nieuwe werven.
  • Je leert werken volgens een week- en maandplanning en krijgt gaandeweg steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke van de technische dienst. Hij zorgt ervoor dat je voldoende begeleiding krijgt, maar geeft je ook de ruimte om zelfstandig te leren werken.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een grote Vlaamse bouwgroep die actief is binnen infrastructuur, recyclage, logistiek en projectontwikkeling. Ondanks die omvang blijft de sfeer persoonlijk en familiaal. Er wordt sterk ingezet op opleiding, ontwikkeling en doorgroeien binnen de organisatie. Zo beschikt het bedrijf over een eigen opleidingscentrum en krijgt iedere medewerker een persoonlijk opleidingsplan.

  • Je hebt een opleiding elektriciteit of elektromechanica gevolgd.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste werkervaring als elektricien.
  • Je wilt technisch blijven bijleren en groeien in jouw vak.
  • Kennis van BA4 of BA5 is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je durft vragen te stellen, maar probeert ook zelf oplossingen te vinden.
  • Je wilt op termijn steeds zelfstandiger werken en meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
