The posting

Voor een langdurige technische opdracht in de Antwerpse haven zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Elektrisch Technieker / Hoogspanningstechnieker.

Je werkt mee aan het veilig onderhouden, aanpassen en aansluiten van elektrische installaties binnen een industriële omgeving. Daarbij werk je zowel aan laagspanningsinstallaties als, afhankelijk van je ervaring, aan hoogspanningsinstallaties tot 35 kV.

Veiligheid staat centraal. Je werkt volgens de geldende procedures, voert LMRA's uit en grijpt in wanneer werkzaamheden niet veilig kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren en beoordelen van LMRA's en toepassen van Stop Reflex bij onveilige situaties
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve voorbereidingen voor middelgrote technische opdrachten
  • Aanpassen en aansluiten van elektrische verdeelborden en verdelingen
  • Aansluiten en controleren van aardingen
  • Dichtmetsen en correct afwerken van verdeelborden
  • Uitvoeren van kleine elektrische montage- en aanpassingswerken
  • Uitvoeren van kabelverbindingen en eindafwerkingen
  • Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische en technische schema's
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

Voor laagspanning heb je ervaring met pers- en/of schroefkabelschoenen en kabelverbindingen op kabels tot 500 mm².

Heb je ervaring met hoogspanning, dan is kennis van het maken van Pfister-stekkers, Euromold-aansluitingen en klassieke eindafwerkingen een belangrijke troef. Je hebt daarbij ervaring met verschillende verbindingstechnieken en met het aansluiten en afkoppelen van hoogspanningsmotoren tot 35 kV en kabels tot 1.000 mm².

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als elektricien, elektrisch technieker, E&I-technieker of hoogspanningstechnieker
  • Je beschikt over een geldig VCA Basis-certificaat
  • Voor werkzaamheden aan hoogspanningsinstallaties beschik je over BA5 HS of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring/attesten
  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van elektrische installaties en kabelverbindingstechnieken
  • Je kunt technische schema's en documenten lezen en begrijpen
  • Je hebt basiskennis van onder andere M&R-schema's, P&ID's, aardingsschema's, stroomloopplannen en kasttekeningen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een technisch team
  • Ervaring binnen industrie, petrochemie, chemie of de Antwerpse haven is een sterke troef
