Als (elektro)mechanisch technieker zorg je ervoor dat de machines en installaties in de slacht- en verwerkingsafdeling optimaal blijven functioneren. Je taken zijn voornamelijk mechanisch van aard, aangevuld met beperkte elektrische interventies.

Je staat in voor:

  • Mechanisch onderhoud en herstellingen aan transportbanden, kettingen, takels, hydraulische en persluchtsystemen
  • Vervangen en herstellen van lagers, assen, tandwielen, pompen en andere onderdelen
  • Monteren, demonteren en afregelen van installaties
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud
  • Oplossen van storingen in samenwerking met collega-techniekers
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige elektrische werken (bv. motoren, zekeringen)
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen
  • Strikte naleving van veiligheids-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Opleiding mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke mechanische kennis en praktische ingesteldheid
  • Ervaring met lassen
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit
  • Kunnen lezen van technische plannen en schema's
  • Flexibel en bereid te werken in een productieomgeving met hoge hygiënenormen
  • Zelfstandig, probleemoplossend en gemotiveerd
