Mit unseren Mitarbeiter_innen realisieren wir täglich außergewöhnliche Projekte für außergewöhnliche Kund_innen. Dabei arbeiten wir an besonderen Orten in Wien: im U-Bahn-Netz unter der Stadt, an Signal und Kommunikationsanlagen im Verkehrsnetz, in Österreichs größten Veranstaltungszentren, peniblen Reinrauminstallationen im Pharmabereich. Unser Names teht für höchste Qualität, Professionalität und Flexibilität. Wir suchen für den Standort Wien, im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl, mit Unterstützung durch das AMS Favoritenstraße, ab sofort 1 Elektro-Obermonteure / leitende Monteure (m/w/d) Einsatzgebiet:

* Sicherheits-, Signal-und Kommunikationsanlagen für den Schienenverkehr

Werde Teil eines beständigen und eingespielten Teams und übernimm die Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Ausführung von Elektroinstallationen sowie die Leitung und Koordination von kleinen bis großen Montage-Teams.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Eigen- und Fremdpersonals

* Du verantwortest die Koordination und Einsatzplanung der Montageteams

* Du stellst Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und fachgerechte Ausführung aller Teamarbeiten sicher

* Erstellung von Tagesberichten und Stundenlisten sowie Vorbereitung der Kollaudierung

* Du nimmst an internen und externen Baubesprechungen teil

* Laufende Kontrolle des Materialstandes sowie Materialbestellung

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Lehrabschluss, Werkmeister, HTL, Fachschule etc.)

* Erste Erfahrung in der Personalführung als Obermonteur_in von Vorteil

* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie die Kompetenz, in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

* Selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und teamorientiert

* Nachteinsätze machen dir nichts aus - du bist einsatzbereit, wenn die Stadt ruht

* Deutschkenntnisse den hohen Anforderungen entsprechend

* Führerscheinklasse B (idealerweise zusätzlich Klasse C)
