Je werkt dagelijks aan machines, lost technische problemen op en zorgt ervoor dat de productie kan blijven draaien. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en je praktische technische kennis volop te gebruiken. Tegelijk kom je terecht in een team waar collega's elkaar helpen, waar er plaats is voor een grap en waar je gewoon jezelf kan zijn. Met een stabiele werkgever, duidelijke afspraken en werkzekerheid weet je bovendien waar je aan toe bent.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties
  • Je spoort elektrische en mechanische storingen op en je analyseert het probleem en zoekt naar een praktische oplossing
  • Je herstelt en vervangt onderdelen wanneer dat nodig is en je voert interventies uit bij stilstanden zodat de productie snel opnieuw kan starten
  • Je controleert machines en merkt slijtage of problemen tijdig op en je helpt mee om machines en installaties technisch te verbeteren

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn. De machines moeten blijven draaien en daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in. Dankzij jouw praktische aanpak zorg je ervoor dat problemen niet blijven liggen. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun vak kennen en bereid zijn om kennis te delen. Je krijgt voldoende zelfstandigheid om je werk op jouw manier aan te pakken, maar kan altijd bij iemand terecht wanneer je ergens niet uitkomt. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar een goede sfeer hoort er ook bij. Geen onnodige poespas, wel duidelijke afspraken, degelijk materiaal en collega's waarop je kan rekenen. Wie zich inzet en zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt, krijgt hier de kans om op lange termijn een vaste waarde binnen het team te worden.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je hebt ervaring met technisch onderhoud of industriële machines en je kent de basis van zowel mechanica als elektriciteit
  • Je kan logisch nadenken wanneer een machine een probleem geeft en je bent praktisch ingesteld en zoekt graag zelf naar oplossingen
