Wij zoeken een Elektromechanieker voor regio Brussel.

Ben jij gebeten door techniek en wil je werken in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan? Heb je ervaring in onderhoud en storingsanalyse of ben je een pas afgestudeerde Bachelor Elektromechanica die zijn eerste stappen wil zetten binnen een industriële omgeving? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de Belgische luchtvaartindustrie zoeken we een Storingstechnieker. Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar onderdelen worden vervaardigd voor de luchtvaart-, ruimtevaart- en defensiesector. De site beschikt over een uitgebreid machinepark met onder andere verspaningsmachines, productiecellen en ondersteunende technische installaties. In deze functie combineer je technische expertise met analyse en continue verbetering. Je ondersteunt het onderhoudsteam en helpt mee de betrouwbaarheid van installaties verder te verhogen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Opstellen en beheren van onderhoudsplannen voor productie-installaties

• Continu verbeteren en actualiseren van onderhoudsstrategieën op basis van storingen, slijtage en productiebehoeften

• Technische ondersteuning bieden bij preventief, predictief en curatief onderhoud

• Ondersteunen van techniekers tijdens complexe storingen en interventies

• Beheren en opvolgen van gegevens in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (SAP PM)

• Analyseren van technische storingen en uitwerken van duurzame verbetermaatregelen

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van onderhoudsmethodieken om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verhogen

• Opstellen en actualiseren van technische documentatie, schema's en onderhoudsstandaarden

• Samenwerken met leveranciers en externe partners voor technische ondersteuning

• Meewerken aan retrofit- en verbeteringsprojecten op bestaande installaties

• Initiatieven nemen rond continue verbetering en optimalisatie van het machinepark

• Kennis delen en ondersteuning bieden aan onderhoudsteams

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding
  • Zowel ervaren techniekers als pas afgestudeerde bachelors komen in aanmerking
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in onderhoud, storingstechniek en technische optimalisatie
  • Je staat open voor outsourcing.
  • Kennis van SAP PM is een pluspunt
  • Certificaten zoals BA5, VCA, heftruck- of hoogwerkerattest zijn een troef
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege/late)
