Je bent graag praktisch bezig en haalt voldoening uit iets maken dat echt af is. In dit atelier krijg je de ruimte om je technische talenten verder te ontwikkelen in een rustige en stabiele werkomgeving. Je werkt samen met een klein team van collega's, krijgt begeleiding waar nodig en bouwt stap voor stap kennis en ervaring op. Of je nu al technische ervaring hebt of vooral veel interesse en een goede werkmentaliteit meebrengt: hier krijg je de kans om je talent verder te ontdekken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt mee bij de opbouw en afwerking van verschillende machines
  • Je voert laswerken uit met halfautomaat/MIG-MAG
  • Je monteert mechanische onderdelen en controleert of alles correct geplaatst is
  • Je helpt bij het aansluiten van elektrische componenten en bekabeling en je voert eenvoudige pneumatische werkzaamheden uit
  • Je werkt mee aan herstellingen en het opnieuw gebruiksklaar maken van bestaande machines

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig technisch atelier waar met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en vakmanschap wordt gewerkt. De machines worden grotendeels volledig in eigen huis gebouwd: van mechanische onderdelen en laswerken tot elektriciteit en afwerking. Je werkt samen met een beperkte groep collega's. Daardoor zijn de lijnen kort en is er ruimte om vragen te stellen, van elkaar te leren en elkaar te helpen. Geen grote productieomgeving waar alles onder hoge druk moet gebeuren, maar een praktische werkplek waar samenwerking en degelijk werk centraal staan.
