Als Elektromonteur Machinebouw speel jij een cruciale rol in het tot leven brengen van geavanceerde automatiseringsoplossingen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de complete elektrische montage van machines en productiesystemen, van het aansluiten van componenten tot het testen en in bedrijf stellen van complexe installaties. Je werkt zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie bij klanten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met collega's uit de mechanische montage, engineering en projectleiding. Jouw technische kennis en oog voor detail zorgen ervoor dat elke installatie voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen en veilig in gebruik kan worden genomen. In deze functie werk je aan diverse projecten, van compacte robotcellen tot complete geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema's, monteert besturingspanelen, legt bekabeling aan en sluit sensoren, motoren en andere componenten aan volgens de technische specificaties. Daarnaast voer je functionele testen uit, los je storingen op en draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van montageprocessen. Je krijgt de kans om te werken met de nieuwste technologieën op het gebied van robotica, PLC-besturingen en industriële automatisering. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het uitvoeren van elektrische montage- en aansluitwerkzaamheden aan machines en productiesystemen volgens schema's en werktekeningen; - Het monteren en bedraden van besturingspanelen, schakelkasten en bedieningspanelen; - Het aansluiten en testen van sensoren, actuatoren, motoren, frequentieregelaars en andere elektrische componenten; - Het in bedrijf stellen van machines en installaties, zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie bij klanten; - Het uitvoeren van functionele testen en het oplossen van storingen tijdens de montage- en inbedrijfstellingsfase; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en het meedenke
