Als Elektrotechnieker 2 ploegen in Zolder duik je in elektrische en elektromechanische storingen. Je werkt met PLC-gestuurde installaties in een zware productieomgeving.

Je werkt voltijds in 2 ploegen. Geen structureel weekendwerk. En vooral: je krijgt hier de kans om je elektrische kennis breed uit te bouwen.

Elektriciteit is jouw specialisatie. Maar techniek stopt niet bij de elektriciteitskast.

Je werkt in een team van drie techniekers per shift. Twee mechaniekers en één elektrotechnieker. Samen houden jullie de productie draaiende.

Functie-inhoud

Je komt terecht in een industriële omgeving waar betonproducten worden geproduceerd. Je werkt aan verschillende machines en installaties. Geen dag is volledig voorspelbaar.

Als Elektrotechnieker 2 ploegen houd je je onder andere bezig met:

  • Je analyseert elektrische storingen en zoekt de oorzaak. Zo krijgt de productie zo snel mogelijk haar ritme terug.
  • Je werkt aan PLC-gestuurde installaties en zorgt dat automatisering blijft doen wat ze moet doen.
  • Je onderzoekt elektromechanische problemen en voert de nodige herstellingen uit.
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit. Zo help je storingen voorkomen én oplossen.
  • Je werkt samen met de mechaniekers wanneer een storing meerdere technische disciplines raakt.

Je werkt niet alleen aan elektrische installaties. Soms blijkt een elektrisch probleem uiteindelijk mechanisch te zijn. Dan steek je ook daar de handen uit de mouwen.

De werkomgeving is industrieel. Je krijgt dus te maken met stof, lawaai, olie, machines en beweging.

Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig. Een machine die niet werkt, laat je niet zomaar los. Je wilt begrijpen waarom ze uitvalt.

Je denkt logisch, analyseert wat er gebeurt en zoekt gericht naar een oplossing. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt wanneer dat nodig is.

Je elektrische kennis is je sterkste troef. Tegelijk ben je breed genoeg om ook mechanisch mee te werken. Je hoeft dus geen pure elektricien te zijn.

Must-haves

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of ervaring met een sterke basis in elektriciteit of elektromechanica.
  • Je kunt elektrische storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met PLC-sturingen.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring als elektrotechnieker of onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Kennis van industriële automatisering.
  • Ervaring met PLC.
  • Ervaring in productie of zware industrie.
  • Kennis van mechanica.

Bachelor-denkniveau is belangrijk. Een specifiek bachelor-diploma is niet noodzakelijk als je door ervaring het juiste technische niveau hebt opgebouwd.
