Das Klosterbräu***** & SPA liegt direkt im Zentrum der Fußgängerzone und nur 20 Autominuten von Innsbruck entfernt, verfügt über 91 Zimmer, 9 unterschiedliche Dinnerlocations sowie einen mehrfach ausgezeichneten Wellnessbereich.

2.950,00 € - 3.300,00 € brutto pro Monat (Für folgende Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt gem. KV für Angestellte im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe, Gehaltstafel für Hotellerie und Gastronomie in Salzburg, Tirol und Vorarlberg, Beschäftigungsgruppe III, Vollzeit, BRUTTO pro Monat zuzüglich Zulagen, 13. und 14. Gehalt, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist vorhanden;)

Tätigkeitsbereiche

* Betrieb und Wartung aller Elektroanlagen unseres Hotels (Sicherstellung der Stromversorgung, Wartung Beleuchtungssysteme, Kobntrolle Notstromanlagen und USV-Systeme sowie PV-Anlage) * Wellness- & SPA Technik (Betreuung unserer SPA Anlage, Steuerungssystemen und Wasseraufbereitungsanlage) * Gebäudeautomation (Steuerung von Heizung, Klima, Licht und Beschattung, Optimierung Energieverbrauch, Arbeiten mit unserem Gebäudeleitsystem) * Sicherheit und Notfalltechnik sowie Störungsbehebung (Wartung Brandmeldeanlage und Notbeleuchtung, Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften, Fehlerdiagnose bei Störungen) * Durchführung von allgemeinen Hausmeistertätigkeiten * Baustellenhilfe in den Umbauphasen oder sogar Koordinator * AnsprechpartnerIn für MitarbeiterInnen und Gästen bei Reparaturen

Fachliche Anforderung

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektrotechniker / Elektriker * Weiterbildung in Gebäudeautomation oder Energietechnik von Vorteil * Kenntnisse in Elektroinstallation und Schaltplänen, Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik, Gebäudeleittechnik (z. B. KNX, SPS) sowie Sicherheitsvorschriften und Normen * Grundkenntnisse in IT/Netzwerktechnik * Verständnis für nachhaltige Energienutzung * der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
