Functie

Als processtechnician sta je dagelijks in voor de goede procesopvolging in de ganse verpakkingsafdeling. Van bulk ingevroren tot verpakt product. Samen met de lijnoperatoren controleer en stuur je op elektrotechnisch vlak de machines (bunkers, optische sorteerders, afzakinstallaties, kartonneren, etiketteren, robot palletiseren). Daarbij ben je bereid de nodige flexibiliteit te etaleren om de verschillende ploegen te ondersteunen.

  • Je zorgt dat de goede instellingen en werking van de verpakkingslijnen worden nageleefd en informeert en motiveert hierbij uw collega's om oplossingen aan te dragen.
  • In de verpakkingshal bewaakt u continu de werking en de rendementen van de installatie.
  • U implementeert een plan van aanpak bij storingen om ze snel te lokaliseren, te identificeren en indien nodig ze te herstellen.
  • Hierbij ben je continu in overleg met jouw collega's en leveranciers om te zoeken naar verbeteringen in het verpakkingsproces.
  • U rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technisch directeur.

Profiel

  • Als studie/kennisniveau is bachelor/master in de industriële wetenschappen noodzakelijk.
  • Affiniteit met voedselproductie is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels is jouw grote troef.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig van aard, houdt van uitdagingen en straalt een 'doe' houding uit.
  • Leergierigheid en Teamwork zijn jouw motivatie
  • Schoolverlaters met de juiste 'hands on' intentie zijn zeker welkom!
