Du...

* gestaltest die Erziehungs- und Bildungsarbeit in der Gruppe

* pflegst einen sensiblen und liebevollen Umgang mit unseren Kleinsten

* kommunizierst mit Eltern und Bildungspartner:innen

* förderst individuell Kinder im freien Spiel

* bist verantwortlich für die schriftliche Planung und Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit

Dein Profil

* Abschluss der Bundesbildungsanstalt für Elementarpädagogik mit bzw. ohne Schwerpunkt Früherziehung, bzw. die erfolgreiche Absolvierung des Hochschullehrganges "Elementarpädagogik", bzw. die erfolgreiche Absolvierung des Hochschullehrganges "Quereinstieg Elementarpädagogik"

* Selbstständigkeit und organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Wissen über Bedürfnisse und Fördermöglichkeiten von Kindern im Alter von 1,5 bis 3 Jahren

* Integrativer Ansatz in der Arbeit mit den Kindern

* respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern sowie auch Eltern

* Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
