Die KiB³ ist das gemeinsame Dach der Pfarrkinderkrippen und Pfarrkindergärten in der Steiermark.

In knapp 100 diözesanen Einrichtungen an 80 Standorten mit 700 Mitarbeiter*innen setzen wir ausgehend vom christlichen Menschenbild auf eine kultur- und religionssensible Bildung, die Platz für alle lässt. Behütet.Begleitet.Bestärkt. 1 Elementarpädagoge/-pädagogin für das flexible Springer*innenteam

in den Pfarrkindergärten und Pfarrkinderkrippen im Ennstal insbesondere in Stainach, Öblarn und Haus für eine Anstellung in Teilzeit ( 16 Wochenstunden ) ab sofort befristet auf ein Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung oder Unbefristung .

Hauptaufgaben:

- Betreuung und Führung einer Kindergruppe

- Planung und Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit

- Kenntnis über die religionspädagogische Arbeit

- Den Kindern ein Umfeld bieten, in dem die Auseinandersetzung mit Religion und Vielfalt möglich ist

- Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Kindergartenteam, mit den Eltern und der Pfarre/dem Seelsorgeraum

- Bereitschaft zu beruflicher Weiterentwicklung und zum Besuch der internen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen

- Bereitschaft, sich mit Qualitätskriterien der pädagogischen Arbeit auseinanderzusetzen

- Bereitschaft, sich im Team mit pädagogischer Weiterentwicklung und Evaluierung auseinanderzusetzen

Wir erwarten:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Elementarpädagogen/in

- Mitgliedschaft einer staatlich anerkannten christlichen Kirche/christlichen Bekenntnisgemeinschaft

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

- Flexibilität, Eigenständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Kooperationsfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft mit dem Team

- Engagement, Motivation

- Kooperationsbereitschaft mit Eltern
