The posting

In unserer Lebensmittelherstellung in Völs vereinen wir vier Lebensmittelhandwerke unter einem Dach: Fleischwerk, Bäckerei, Konditorei und Destillerie. In unserer eigenen Produktion entstehen täglich hochwertige, frisch hergestellte Waren, die anschließend direkt in rund 300 Lebensmittelmärkten und über 130 Baguette Filialen geliefert werden. Modernste Technik und traditionelles Handwerk greifen dabei nahtlos ineinander - für Qualität, auf die man sich verlassen kann.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Empfangsmitarbeiter*in Nach einer entsprechenden Einschulungsphase übernimmst du die operative Auftrags- und Verwaltungsabwicklung im Umfeld unserer Lebensmittelherstellung. Als zentrale Anlaufstelle am Empfang bist du erster Kontaktpunkt für interne und externe Ansprechpartner:innen und koordinierst in dieser Rolle laufende Aufträge in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion, SCM und Qualitätsmanagement. Du stellst die reibungslose Abwicklung von Bestellungen sicher, behältst Produktverfügbarkeiten im Blick und unterstützt bei administrativen und organisatorischen Themen. Dazu zählen auch Verwaltungsbestellungen, die Organisation von Besuchen und Meetings sowie die Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitereintritten (z. B. Zugänge, Arbeitskleidung, Schulungsräume). Die Position ist auf eine klassische 5-Tage-Woche ausgelegt.

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung, Administration oder Produktionsumfeld

* Sehr gute Organisations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit

* Selbstständige & strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Serviceorientierung & Kommunikationsstärke
