Description de fonction : Employé(e) de Restauration Polyvalent(e) (H/F)

Type de contrat : Temps partiel (19h à 25h / semaine)

Cadre : Restaurant de type bistronomie au sein d’un Business Center multi-services

Horaire : Principalement en journée (service du midi et préparatifs) 9hh30-15h

### Mission générale

Au sein d'un environnement dynamique et professionnel (Business Center), vous assurez la préparation de l'espace de restauration, la confection de l'offre lunch du midi, ainsi que l'accueil et le service à table des clients. Vous êtes le garant d'un service fluide, convivial et qualitatif, propre à l'esprit bistronomie.

### Responsabilités et tâches principales

1. Mise en place et préparation (Matin)

  • Assurer la mise en place de la salle de restaurant (dressage des tables, vérification de la propreté, gestion des consommables).
  • Réaliser les petits préparatifs en cuisine (découpe des ingrédients, préparation des sauces, organisation du plan de travail).

2. Production culinaire (Service du midi)

  • Préparer et dresser les commandes de la formule lunch : sandwichs de qualité, plats froids, salades composées et suggestions du jour.
  • Veiller à la présentation soignée des assiettes en respectant les standards du restaurant.

3. Service en salle et gestion des commandes

  • Accueillir les clients (principalement une clientèle d'affaires/bureau) avec le sourire et professionnalisme.
  • Prendre les commandes et assurer le service à table de manière efficace.
  • Gérer l'encaissement des additions.

4. Hygiène et entretien

  • Garantir le respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
  • Assurer le débarrassage des tables, le nettoyage du comptoir, de la salle et de l'espace cuisine après le service.

### Profil recherché

  • Expérience : Une première expérience réussie en restauration (salle ou cuisine) est un sérieux atout.
  • Compétences : Rapidité d'exécution (notamment pour le rush du midi), autonomie et polyvalence (capacité à passer de la cuisine à la salle).
  • Qualités personnelles : Excellent sens du contact client, présentation soignée, dynamisme et rigueur.
