Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Coördinator Engineering.

Heb jij een sterke mechanische achtergrond én ervaring in het aansturen van technische mensen? Ben je iemand die zowel begrijpt wat er op een technische tekening staat als wat er nodig is om die oplossing in de praktijk te bouwen?

Dan is dit een bijzonder interessante volgende stap.

Onze klant is een internationale industriële speler met ongeveer 600 medewerkers op de Belgische productiesite. Naast hun eigen productie beschikken ze over een uitgebreide interne engineering- en machinebouwafdeling. Machines en installaties worden er niet zomaar aangekocht: een belangrijk deel wordt intern ontworpen, gebouwd, getest en geoptimaliseerd.

Mechanische en elektrische ontwerpers werken er nauw samen met ervaren techniekers die deze ontwerpen effectief realiseren.

Om die samenwerking verder te versterken zoeken we een Coördinator Engineering met een mechanische achtergrond.

Coördinator Engineering | Machinebouw | Regio Roeselare Als Coördinator Engineering sta je letterlijk tussen engineering en uitvoering.

Een team van mechanische ontwerpers werkt nieuwe machines, installaties en aanpassingen technisch uit. De techniekers bouwen en implementeren deze vervolgens in de praktijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat beide werelden perfect op elkaar afgestemd blijven.

Je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan een team van ongeveer 10 mechanische techniekers en werkt daarnaast nauw samen met een zestal mechanische ontwerpers. Die ontwerpers stuur je niet hiërarchisch aan, maar je zorgt er wel voor dat de juiste expertise op de juiste projecten wordt ingezet en dat praktische feedback opnieuw bij engineering terechtkomt.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het plannen en coördineren van technische werkzaamheden en machinebouwprojecten.
  • Het aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van ongeveer 10 mechanische techniekers.
  • Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en technische uitvoering van projecten.
  • Het vormen van de verbindende schakel tussen mechanische engineering en de werkvloer.
  • Het beoordelen van de praktische uitvoerbaarheid van technische ontwerpen.
  • Het terugkoppelen van verbeterpunten, ontwerpfouten en praktische bevindingen naar engineering.
  • Het afstemmen van mensen, middelen en prioriteiten over verschillende projecten heen.
  • Het bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Het meedenken over technische oplossingen wanneer theorie en praktijk niet perfect op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in het aansturen, coachen of coördineren van technische medewerkers.
  • Ervaring binnen machinebouw is interessant, maar geen absolute vereiste. Ook een achtergrond binnen productie, maintenance of projectengineering kan uitstekend aansluiten.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische basis en kan technische tekeningen en ontwerpen inhoudelijk beoordelen.
  • Je kan meerdere projecten en prioriteiten tegelijk bewaken zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je staat voldoende stevig in je schoenen om ervaren technische medewerkers aan te sturen.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag dicht bij de techniek.
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
