Robert Half is op zoek naar een Entity Controller (M/V/X) - Regio midden Limburg, met internationale verantwoordelijkheid (India)

Ben jij een ervaren finance professional die graag werkt in een internationale omgeving? Voor een dynamische en innoverende organisatie met diverse internationale vestigingen zoekt Robert Half een hands-on en analytisch sterke Entity Controller (M/V/X). Je maakt deel uit van het European Financial Shared Services Center Team, dat zich toelegt op het optimaal servicen van de interne klanten en het voortdurend verbeteren van processen. Discretie en een professionele aanpak staan centraal binnen dit bedrijf.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket:

  • Je verzorgt en coördineert de algemene boekhouding (inclusief leveranciers- en klantenboekhouding, betalingen, enz.) van meerdere vestigingen, met specifieke focus op India;
  • Je begeleidt en optimaliseert de analytische boekhouding en de maandafsluitingen;
  • Je coördineert en bereidt interne en externe audits voor, en staat auditors te woord;
  • Je stelt budgetten en forecasts op voor verschillende landen en volgt deze verder op via SAP;
  • Je voert ad-hoc analyses uit, implementeert verbeteringstrajecten, stelt KPI's op en deelt deze inzichten met stakeholders;
  • Je neemt deel aan diverse projecten, zoals het optimaliseren van procedures of het voorbereiden van werkstromen zoals payment runs;
  • Je traint lokale organisatieleden en begeleidt lokale verbetertrajecten;
  • Je bezoekt tweemaal per jaar de vestigingen in India en ondersteunt de lokale teams ter plaatse.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma TEW, Handelsingenieur, Finance, Accountancy of Fiscaliteit;
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in audit, controlling of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis van algemene/analytische boekhouding, IFRS en verschillende GAAP-standaarden;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met geïntegreerde systemen zoals SAP, Oracle of Exact;
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus;
  • Je brengt extra waarde mee als je beschikt over kennis van btw-wetgeving en internationale fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in het optimaliseren van accountingprocessen;
  • Je communiceert vlot, bent analytisch sterk en beweegt je makkelijk in een internationale context;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands én Engels (andere talen zijn een pluspunt);
  • Je bent bereid om tweemaal per jaar naar India te reizen voor werkbezoeken.
