Ihre Aufgaben umfassen je nach saisonaler Auslastung und Jahreszeit:

- Mise en place Arbeiten und Anrichten auf dem Posten

- Verantwortungsvolle Organisation Ihres Aufgabenbereichs

- Aufbau und Betreuung von Buffets

- Ideen und Mitarbeit bei der Menügestaltung

- Verantwortungsvolle Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln

- Übernahme und Kontrolle von Lieferungen

- Ordnung in Kühlhäusern und Lagerräumen halten

- Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen und Geräten

- Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

- Bewusstsein für positives Gästeerlebnis und Dienstleistungsqualität

- Ausbildung zum Koch oder entsprechende Berufspraxis

- Leidenschaft für das Kochhandwerk

- Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung

- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

- Wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber den Lebensmitteln

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HACCP Richtlinien

- Ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch

- Sprachen: Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

- Gute Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
