Unser Familienbetrieb steht für Gastlichkeit und Genuss auf höchstem Niveau und zur Verstärkung suchen wir 1 Entremetier(e) Weingut Essgut Schlafgut Feelgut Sabathihof Dillinger in Glanz an der Weinstraße sucht zur Verstärkung des Küchenteams eine/n engagierte/n Entremetier (m/w/d) für eine befristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung bis 08.11.2026.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Zubereitung von Beilagen, Gemüse-, Kartoffel- und Eierspeisen

* Vorbereitung und Anrichten von Vorspeisen und kalten Speisen

* Unterstützung bei der täglichen Mise en Place

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Küchenbereich

* Fachgerechte Lagerung und Verarbeitung der Lebensmittel

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Speisenangebots

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Praxis in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Erfahrung als Entremetier bzw. auf vergleichbarer Position

* Selbstständige, saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Engagement, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

Wir bieten

* Befristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung bis 08.11.2026

* 5-Tage-Woche von Mittwoch bis Sonntag

* Arbeitsbeginn ab 10:00 Uhr im Teildienst, Dienstende spätestens um 21:00 Uhr

* Montag und Dienstag Ruhetag

* Angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld in einem renommierten Wein- und Genussbetrieb

* Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

* Wir bieten eine Unterkunft ca. 5 Km von unserem Betrieb entfernt an, ein entsprechendes Fahrzeug ist für die Wegstrecke notwendig.
