Deine Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung von PE-Instrumenten, Lernformaten und internen Entwicklungsprogrammen (Eurofun-Akademie). Moderation von Workshops, Präsentationen oder Trainings für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen * Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie Unterstützung von Teamleiter:innen und Bereichsleiter:innen bei deren Umsetzung * Übernahme von Stellenbesetzungsaufträgen (Ausschreibung, Auswahlverfahren und - methoden) * Positionierung und Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke * Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der Onboardingprozesse in Kooperation mit den Führungskräften * Mitarbeit in der Digitalisierung von Prozessen der Personalentwicklung * Betreuung administrativer Personalprozesse sowie Sicherstellung einer professionellen Dokumentation * Unterstützung bei arbeitsrechtlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen vor allem in den Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkten in Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise in der Personalentwicklung oder Organisationsentwicklung * Begeisterung für moderne Lernformate, Personalentwicklung und die Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen * Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen praxisnah auf den Punkt zu bringen * Kommunikationsstärke, Fingerspitzengefühl und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten * Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools; Erfahrungen mit Personio, BMD oder vergleichbaren Systemen sind von Vorteil * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
