Bij Residentie Borsbeekhof zijn wij op zoek naar een collega met het hart op de juiste plaats en een passie voor ouderenzorg.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • Bijdragen aan het creëren van een volwaardig thuismilieu waar optimale hulp en verzorging worden gekoppeld aan het fysiek, psychisch en sociaal welbevinden van bewoners en hun familieleden.
  • Deel uitmaken van het multidisciplinaire team en actief samenwerken met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van individuele therapeutische behandelplannen afgestemd op de noden van de bewoner.
  • In kaart brengen en bewaken van het totaalbeeld van het welzijn van de bewoner (psychisch, cognitief, fysiek en emotioneel) in wisselwerking met de omgeving.
  • Uitvoeren van niet-medicamenteuze therapieën met focus op individuele begeleiding.
  • Belevingsgericht werken met bewoners met dementie om een warme, veilige en vertrouwde omgeving te creëren.
  • Aanbieden van therapeutische activiteiten zoals relaxatietherapie, snoezelen en aromatherapie.
  • Aandacht hebben voor een mensgerichte aanpak met ruimte voor autonomie, comfort en levenskwaliteit.

Als ergotherapeut(e) werk je actief aan het versterken van zelfstandigheid en participatie van bewoners. Je voert evaluaties uit, ontwikkelt behandelprogramma’s en begeleidt bewoners individueel en in groep. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een activerende en veilige leefomgeving. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten nauwkeurigheid, empathie en zelfstandigheid centraal. Die heb je nodig om therapieplannen correct uit te voeren en bewoners professioneel te begeleiden.

Wij vragen:

  • Professionele bachelor Ergotherapie
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Correcte toepassing van infectiepreventiemaatregelen
