Das ist zukünftig dein Job

* Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs von ERP-Systemen und BI-Lösungen

* Optimierung des Datenflusses zwischen ERP-Systemen und BI-Tools zur Erstellung aussagekräftiger Dashboards und Reports

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Schnittstellen zu operativen Systemen

* Definition und Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen im Software-Lifecycle

* First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender:innen sowie Anforderungsanalyse zur Systemverbesserung

* Planung und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen zur optimalen Nutzung der Systemlandschaft

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Konfiguration von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in proAlpha, SAP, MS Dynamics oder vergleichbaren Systemen

* Kenntnisse in der Integration von ERP-Systemen mit BI-Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau

* Erfahrung im Schnittstellenmanagement und der Anbindung operativer Systeme

* Vertrautheit mit IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und deren Umsetzung im Software-Lifecycle

* Erfahrung im First- und Second-Level-Support sowie in der Anforderungsanalyse
