Aktuell suchen wir 1 ERP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) Du möchtest nicht nur Systeme betreuen, sondern aktiv Prozesse verbessern und die Digitalisierung eines modernen Industrieunternehmens mitgestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Als ERP Inhouse Consultant bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Fachbereichen und IT und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Systemlandschaft bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer ERP-Systemlandschaft inklusive angebundener Systeme (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM)

* Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen (Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Vertrieb, etc.)

* Konzeption und Implementierung neuer ERP-Funktionen und Prozesse sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Systemfunktionen

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs

* Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von SQL-Datenbanken und Datenstrukturen inkl. Sicherstellung der Datenqualität

* Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen sowie Support und Beratung der Anwender

* Durchführung von Tests, technische Dokumentation und Anwenderschulungen

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Studium) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung als (Inhouse) ERP-Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und -prozesse

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie gute SQL- und Datenbankkenntnisse (MS SQL Server)

* Kenntnisse ERP-Schnittstellen, Datenintegration und idealerweise DMS- und/oder PLM-Systemen von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

* Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position ist auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein Bruttogehalt ab 3.500,- Euro vorgesehen. Gerne sind wir zur Überzahlung je nach Deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation bereit.
