Met een team van een 30-tal collega's in Kortrijk en een klantenportefeuille die jaar na jaar uitbreidt, kom je terecht in een gevestigd accountancykantoor met een opvallend menselijk karakter. Geen logge structuur of gesloten deuren, wel korte lijnen, inspraak en collega's die elkaar effectief helpen. Tegelijk ligt het niveau hoog: de klanten zijn ondernemers die meer verwachten dan een correcte boekhouding en rekenen op fiscaal inzicht, advies en iemand die met hen meedenkt.

Voor die verdere groei zoekt Konnekt een ervaren dossierbeheerder die vandaag sterk staat in zijn vak en op termijn ook een team mee richting wil geven.

Functieomschrijving Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen portefeuille van interessante en gevarieerde KMO-dossiers. Denk aan vrije beroepen, managementvennootschappen, bouw-, transport- en productiebedrijven, maar deze functie stopt niet bij je eigen dossiers.

Je wordt gaandeweg een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt binnen het team en krijgt écht de ruimte om verder te groeien richting teamlead.

  • Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z en begeleidt klanten bij fiscale en financiële vraagstukken.
  • Je voert klantenbesprekingen en denkt proactief mee over optimalisaties en belangrijke ondernemersbeslissingen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij complexere dossiers en deelt actief je kennis.
  • Je groeit, afhankelijk van jouw ambitie en tempo, verder in coaching, planning en werkverdeling.
  • Je krijgt voldoende autonomie om je functie steeds meer zelf vorm te geven.

We zoeken hier geen accountant die koste wat kost manager op zijn visitekaartje wil. Wel iemand die inhoudelijk sterk is én van nature anderen vooruithelpt.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor
  • Je kunt dossiers zelfstandig beheren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en voelt je comfortabel in een adviserende rol.
  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of relevante financiële opleiding vormt een mooie basis.
  • Heb je een ITAA-titel of ben je bezig met het traject? Mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw ervaring, maturiteit en potentieel zijn doorslaggevend.
