Ben jij een ervaren residentieel of industrieel elektricien die graag een stap vooruit zet en verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen als ploegbaas?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ploegbaas elektricien die zowel in het atelier als op de werf het verschil wil maken.

Als firma zijn wij actief in verschillende segmenten, gaande van energie, bouwkunde, water, restauratie, ...

Zo voeren wij complexe bouw- en infrastructuurwerken uit.

Als ploegbaas elektricien combineer je twee kernrollen: je stuurt het team in het atelier aan waar jullie instaan voor de opbouw van schakelkasten, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van controles.

Hiernaast coördineer en help je bij de plaatsing van werfkasten op de werf, inclusief het herstellen van elektrisch materiaal.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen van een team
  • Bouwen en controleren van schakelkasten
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen aan machines
  • Testen van sensoren en meetinstrumenten
  • Plaatsen van werfkasten
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren op de werf

Je beschikt over een A2 diploma elektriciteit en hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen industriële en/of residentiële elektriciteit en stuurt graag een team.

Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af en je hebt geen probleem met werken in putten of op hoogte.

Hiernaast spreek je vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.

Als laatste ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en kan je flexibel verplaatsen tussen atelier en werf.

Je zal werken vanuit het atelier in regio Gent, gecombineerd met opdrachten op de werf voornamelijk gelegen in het noorden van het land, maar je staat open voor verplaatsingen naar verdere projecten (o.a. Wallonië).

Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk loon binnen PC 124, waar nog leuke extra’s bij komen kijken zoals Benefits@work, ...

Verder zetten wij steeds in op een aangename werkomgeving, waar buiten hard werken ook hard gelachen wordt.
