Ben jij een grondwerker die het vak écht kent? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou. Voor deze familiale en spontane onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren grondwerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en niet terugdeinst voor uitdagende werven. We zoeken geen kandidaat die na enkele weken nog moet ontdekken hoe het vak in elkaar zit. Je hebt al de nodige kilometers op de teller en weet wat er van een goede grondwerker verwacht wordt. Ervaring is voor ons dan ook belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen? Als grondwerker maak je deel uit van onze ploegen op verschillende werven in Limburg en omgeving. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, waarbij geen twee dagen helemaal hetzelfde zijn. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • uitvoeren van algemene grondwerken;
  • uitgraven en voorbereiden van bouwputten en funderingen;
  • riolerings- en aansluitingswerken;
  • plaatsen en aansluiten van leidingen;
  • uitvoeren van afbraakwerken;
  • ondersteunen bij grotere afbraakwerken en voorbereidende ruwbouwwerken;
  • werken in en rond bestaande gebouwen en constructies;
  • werken op binnenstedelijke werven, waar nauwkeurigheid, inzicht en ervaring extra belangrijk zijn;
  • veilig en zorgvuldig omgaan met machines, gereedschappen en materialen;
  • samenwerken met de kraanmachinist, ploegbaas en andere collega's op de werf.

Vooral die binnenstedelijke afbraakwerken vragen de nodige ervaring. Je werkt er vaak in een beperkte ruimte, dicht bij bestaande constructies en met verschillende factoren waarmee je rekening moet houden. Een goede dosis werfinzicht is dan ook een grote troef. Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft als grondwerker en het vak zelfstandig kan uitvoeren;
  • kennis heeft van algemene grondwerken;
  • bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met afbraakwerken;
  • idealiter al gewerkt heeft op binnenstedelijke of complexere werven;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed functioneert binnen een ploeg;
  • veiligheid en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt;
  • weet wanneer hij/zij zelf kan doorwerken en wanneer overleg nodig is;
  • fysiek werk gewoon is en graag actief bezig is.

Een ervaren kraanman die ook als grondwerker uit de voeten kan, kan zeker interessant zijn. Omgekeerd is ervaring met machines uiteraard mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute voorwaarde als je als grondwerker sterk in je schoenen staat. Ervaring primeert!

We zijn niet op zoek naar een onrealistisch "perfect profiel" waarbij je 100% van elk vakje moet kunnen afvinken. Heb je jaren ervaring als grondwerker, maar bijvoorbeeld minder ervaring met één specifiek onderdeel? Dan horen we alsnog graag van je. We kijken vooral naar jouw praktische ervaring, werfinzicht en vakkennis.
