Word onze nieuwe natuursteenbewerker en maak deel uit van een enthousiast team in de bouw!

Als natuursteenbewerker sta je in voor het precisiewerk om natuursteen om te vormen tot prachtige eindproducten.

Je vertaalt ontwerpen en technische tekeningen naar afgewerkte stukken van topkwaliteit.

Het bewerken van zowel ruwe blokken als afgewerkte materialen wordt jouw dagelijkse vakgebied. Of het nu gaat om zagen, slijpen of polijsten, jij weet hoe je natuursteen omtovert tot een kunstwerk.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Bewerken van natuursteenproducten: zagen, schuren, polijsten en afwerken.
  • Technische plannen en ontwerpen interpreteren en uitvoeren.
  • Werken met hoogwaardige natuursteensoorten volgens strenge kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Bijdragen aan ambachtelijk vakmanschap en het verderzetten van eeuwenoude tradities.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en kwaliteitsverhoging.

Profiel

Wat wij zoeken in jou:

  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands zeer goed zodat je vlot kunt werken in teamverband.
  • Een VCA-attest is een vereiste. Heb je dit nog niet? Geen probleem, je kan dit via Vivaldis behalen!
  • Een rijbewijs B om je makkelijk naar de werkplaats te verplaatsen.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de bouw of natuursteenbewerking (0-2 jaar) is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en passie voor het vak zijn belangrijker.
  • Affiniteit met ambachtelijk werk en oog voor detail.

Wat je van ons krijgt

Hier teken je voor:

  • Voltijdse job in de bouwsector (in dagdienst), dit is een 40-uren stelsel
  • Verloning volgens de bouwsector (tussen 17,739 en 21,348 euro per uur)
  • Na een succesvolle interimperiode, teken je een vast contract
  • Een leuk en team en gezellige afterworks zitten standaard in het welkomspakket
  • 20 dagen verlof, 12 inhaalrustdagen en nog enkele losse verlofdagen (in de zomervakantie ben je minstens 3 weken in verlof)
  • Doordat je werkt in de bouw heb je ook nog je getrouwheidszegels
