  • Heb je meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in het plaatsen van ramen en deuren in uiteenlopende projecten?
  • Ben je een teamspeler die anderen kan inspireren en motiveren?
  • Ben je bereid om zowel coördinerende als uitvoerende taken op je te nemen en hierin te excelleren?

In deze uitdagende rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het professioneel installeren, afstellen en afwerken van ramen en deuren in zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden bereikt en een perfect eindresultaat wordt gerealiseerd.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt anderen effectief begeleiden.
  • Je hebt een praktisch en creatief inzicht, wat je helpt om elk project soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het plaatsen van ramen en deuren.
  • Je zoekt een veelzijdige rol waarin je zowel leiding geeft als zelf actief meewerkt.
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
