Ben jij een gedreven leider met ervaring in de waterbouwsector? In deze veelzijdige rol ben je als manager verantwoordelijk voor de planning en budgettering van verschillende projecten binnen de waterbouw. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles van A tot Z goed verloopt en stuurt bij waar nodig. Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven aan projecten: Jij bent de spil in de planning en budgettering van de waterbouwprojecten. Je coördineert de uitvoering en zorgt voor een tijdige oplevering van het werk.
  • Adviseren & Offertes: Als projectleider geef je advies bij aanbestedingen en stel je offertes op voor aannemers. Je deelt jouw expertise om de meest gunstige rendementen en prijzen te realiseren.
  • Team aansturen: Jij stuurt een team van werfleiders en administratief medewerkers aan, zorgt voor de nodige opvolging op technisch, administratief en financieel vlak, en bewaakt de voortgang van de projecten.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je staat in voor de tussentijdse en eindrapportages, evalueert de werfresultaten en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werken altijd top zijn.
  • Relaties onderhouden: Je onderhoudt warme contacten met klanten en opdrachtgevers, en bent altijd alert op nieuwe kansen en mogelijkheden binnen je netwerk.
  • Samenwerking optimaliseren: Jij beoordeelt de prestaties van onderaannemers en leveranciers en kijkt samen met hen naar mogelijkheden voor verdere samenwerking.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma van Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Je legt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring als projectleider voor in de sector wegenbouw of grootgrondverzet.
  • Je hebt gedegen people management ervaring en bezit de skills om je team aan te sturen, te motiveren en de samenwerking te bevorderen.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Daarnaast toon je je communicatief vaardig en getuig je van een klantgerichte attitude. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op om kwalitatieve resultaten neer te zetten.
  • Je toont je flexibel en stressbestendig en gaat vlot om met onverwachte omstandigheden of problemen die zich voordoen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
