Bij WG Renovaties in Sint-Amands zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren projectleider die onze nieuwe en lopende renovatieprojecten mee in goede banen leidt.

Van zodra een project concreet wordt, zorg jij mee voor de praktische en technische opvolging.

Je maakt; samen met de zaakvoerder; de planning op van de collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende werken logisch op elkaar aansluiten.

Je bestelt het nodige materiaal.

Niet te veel. Niet te weinig. En op tijd geleverd.

Je volgt lopende werven op, stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is en probeert problemen voor te zijn in plaats van ze achteraf op te lossen. Iemand die het overzicht bewaart; vooruitdenkt en communiceert met de zaakvoerder en het team.

Je bent bovendien een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze werkmannen.

Duikt er op de werf een technische vraag op? Dan moeten zij bij jou terechtkunnen. Je hebt dus voldoende technische kennis en ervaring binnen bouw of renovatie om mee te denken en knopen door te hakken.

Projectleider mét werkschoenen

Je belangrijkste taak is organiseren, plannen en opvolgen.

Maar bij WG Renovaties zit een projectleider lang niet iedere dag achter een bureau.

Soms moet je naar een werf om iets te bekijken. Soms is een technisch probleem sneller opgelost wanneer je zelf even mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Dat hoort erbij.

Het uitvoerende werk blijft echter een beperkt onderdeel van je functie maar we zoeken wel iemand die bereid is om bij te springen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Plannen kunnen we. Alles voorspellen niet.

Renovatie blijft renovatie.

Een levering loopt vertraging op. Achter een muur blijkt iets anders te zitten dan verwacht. Een planning moet plots verschoven worden.

Daarom is flexibiliteit in deze functie ontzettend belangrijk. Flexibiliteit in alle mogelijke vormen; zowel qua werk als qua uren als qua… .

Je kunt snel schakelen zonder het volledige overzicht te verliezen en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk jouw aandacht vragen.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die:

  • relevante ervaring heeft binnen bouw of renovatie;
  • ervaring heeft met het opvolgen en coördineren van projecten;
  • technisch sterk genoeg is om onze vakmensen te ondersteunen;
  • goed kan plannen en organiseren;
  • materiaal en hoeveelheden correct kan inschatten;
  • zelfstandig beslissingen durft nemen;
  • communicatief en oplossingsgericht is;
  • correct en betrouwbaar werkt;
  • flexibel omgaat met veranderingen op de werf;
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
