Voor ons team bij RE-KRUUT in Bree zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Recruiter die ons team komt versterken vanaf 30 uur per week.

Wij zoeken niet iemand die nog van nul moet beginnen. We zoeken een echte plug & play recruiter: iemand die ervaring heeft, verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en zelf weet wat er moet gebeuren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als recruiter ga je zelfstandig aan de slag met verschillende vacatures en klanten.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • vacatures opnemen en opvolgen
  • kandidaten zoeken, screenen en begeleiden
  • actief sourcen en je eigen netwerk inzetten
  • sollicitatiegesprekken voeren
  • de juiste match maken tussen kandidaat en klant
  • klanten en kandidaten opvolgen
  • meedenken over hoe we onze rekrutering nog sterker kunnen maken

Je krijgt hierbij verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen. We verwachten dan ook dat je hands-on bent en zelf ziet waar werk ligt.

  • weet wat er moet gebeuren en daar ook naar handelt
  • energie krijgt van mensen, contacten leggen en de juiste match vinden
