Locatie: regio West-Vlaanderen

Jouw uitdagingen als senior tender engineer:

  • Aanbestedingsdossier opmaken en samenstellen - het is jouw doel om een doordacht plan van aanpak te maken gekoppeld aan de juiste kostprijs. Je verzamelt hiervoor relevante informatie uit het lastenboek, rendementen uit nacalculatie en info verkregen van onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Financiële haalbaarheid - je onderzoekt de financiële haalbaarheid van het project en doet alternatieve voorstellen. Samen met de Directeur Offertedienst bepaal je de verkoopprijs en bereid je eindbespreking richting directie voor.
  • Samenwerken - je hebt een nauw contact met externe partners, de klant en de ontwerppartners. Bij de dossieroverdracht, neem jij het voortouw. Door jouw duidelijk overzicht van o.a. de kostprijs, controle van de meetstaten en de opportuniteiten in het dossier, kunnen jouw collega’s gericht aan de slag.
  • Expertenrol - je kennis up to date houden en je expertise uitbreiden? Challenge accepted! Ook schakel je op tijd de expertise van je collega’s in, waar nodig.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt met succes een master(ind. / burg. Ir.) behaald binnen een technische of bouwkundige richting.
  • Je bent een gestructureerde en analytische denker en ziet het grote plaatje als geen ander.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met commercieel inzicht? Dat is op je lijf geschreven!
  • Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht jouw strakke deadlines halen? No problem!
  • Tijdens een eerste gesprek kijken we graag samen met jou waar je interesseveld ligt: tenderingenieur in de gebouwen, waterbouw of civiele werken.
