Jouw uitdaging Als wapeningslasser werk je mee aan de productie van hoogwaardige prefab betonelementen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen, lassen en plaatsen van bewapeningsconstructies op basis van technische plannen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar meer complexe projecten en specialistische constructies.

Jouw taken

  • Lezen en interpreteren van productie-, uitvoerings- en wapeningsplannen.
  • Samenstellen en lassen van bewapeningsconstructies met halfautomaat.
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van betonnetten en wapeningsonderdelen.
  • Verplaatsen van materialen met behulp van een rolbrug.
  • Correct plaatsen van bewapening in bekistingen volgens plan.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en maatcontroles.
  • Meedenken over praktische verbeteringen en oplossingen tijdens het productieproces. Ondersteunen bij andere productieactiviteiten zoals: beton storten; ontkisten; reinigen van installaties; algemene productiewerkzaamheden.
  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek.

Wie zoeken wij? Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die technisch vaardig is, initiatief neemt en graag kwaliteitswerk aflevert.

Belangrijke vereisten

  • Ervaring met of opleiding in halfautomaatlassen.
  • Bwerkervaring binnen de bouwsector of technische productie.
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Technisch inzicht om plannen om te zetten naar een praktische uitvoering.
  • Bereidheid om naast laswerk ook andere productietaken op te nemen.
  • Bereid om nieuwe technieken en werkzaamheden aan te leren.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands om veiligheidsinstructies en technische plannen te begrijpen.
  • Geen hoogtevrees of claustrofobie.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
