Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt eine_n 1 EVENT- & ERLEBNISMANAGER_IN

mit Leidenschaft für Veranstaltungsorganisation für eine Voll- oder Teilzeitstelle (mind. 30 Wochenstunden).

Deine Mission:

º Erlebnisse gestalten: Konzipiere und begleite Veranstaltungen, die Gäste wie Einheimische begeistern, von kleinen Highlights bis großen Events mit Wow-Effekt.

º Eventliebe versprühen: Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen - begeistere mit deinen Ideen.

º Ansprechperson mit Überblick: Betreue unsere Gäste sowie Partner vor Ort, unterstütze im Gästeinformationsbereich und bring dich in administrative Aufgaben sowie die Optimierung interner Abläufe ein.

º Programmvielfalt koordinieren: Organisation des wöchentlichen Programms und Ansprechperson für unsere Guides, Partner sowie Künstleragenturen.

Bewerber sollten über Erfahrung und Fachkenntnisse im Eventmanagement sowie in der Organisation innerhalb eines touristischen Unternehmens oder einer Tourismusorganisation verfügen. Besonderer Wert wird auf höfliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit gelegt, ebenso auf eine netzwerkorientierte, unternehmerische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. Gute Kenntnisse über Bad Tatzmannsdorf sind von Vorteil. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt; eine technische Affinität sowie die Betreuung von technischem Equipment sind wünschenswert.

Wir bieten:

Entlohnung gemäß Reisebürokollektivvertrag - eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
