- HWW Zorg - Den Haag ( Zuid-Holland ) HWW Zorg - Vast contract - Deeltijds - Minstens 2 jaar ervaring - MBO - EVV'er Maak het mee, bij HWW zorg Voor onze locatie De Eshoeve Residentie zijn wij op zoek naar een EVV'er voor 32 uur (alle diensten) en een Verzorgende IG voor 24 uur (veel weekenddiensten) De Eshoeve Residentie, gelegen aan de Doorniksestraat 150-152 in Den Haag, bestaat uit 47 ruime, zelfstandige studioappartementen voor cliënten met een somatische zorgvraag. Bewoners wonen hier zo zelfstandig mogelijk, met behoud van hun eigen regie, privacy en een veilige woonomgeving waarin zorg altijd dichtbij is. Binnen De Eshoeve Residentie staat de kwaliteit van leven centraal. We sluiten aan bij de wensen en mogelijkheden van iedere bewoner en stimuleren waar mogelijk de zelfredzaamheid. Dat vraagt om medewerkers die zelfstandig kunnen werken, initiatief nemen en flexibel inspelen op de dagelijkse zorgvraag. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de afwisseling, de persoonlijke aandacht en de ruimte om écht het verschil te maken, maken werken op deze afdeling bijzonder. Wat ga je doen/over de functie: Als Eerst Verantwoordelijk Verzorgende (EVV'er) coördineer je de individuele zorg, conform het zorgplan. Je bent de spil in het netwerk van alle collega's die betrokken zijn rondom de zorgverlening aan de cliënten, waar de nadruk ligt op activiteiten. Je begeleidt en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de cliënten en hun relaties. Je stimuleert het zelfstandig functioneren, coördineert de uitvoering van de zorg en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang. Je analyseert de zorgvragen, je formuleert zorgdoelen, je beheert en evalueert zorgplannen en zorgdossiers. Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar mensen die zowel dag, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten willen draaien en het een uitdaging vinden kennis over te dragen door het begeleiden van leerlingen en stagiaires.
