Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Complex agenda- en afsprakenbeheer.
  • Vergaderingen organiseren en coördineren, inclusief logistiek, uitnodigingen, vergaderruimtes en documentatie.
  • Nationale en internationale zakenreizen plannen.
  • Voorbereiden, opmaken en nalezen van professionele presentaties, rapporten en documenten.
  • Notuleren tijdens belangrijke managementvergaderingen en overlegmomenten.
  • Ondersteunen bij evenementen, opleidingen en interne projecten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring als Executive Assistant te hebben. We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste mindset, potentieel en motivatie.
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Pas afgestudeerd of maximaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring als Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Management Assistant, Secretaresse of gelijkaardig is een plus.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint).
  • Interesse in digitale tools en AI.
  • Goede kennis van het Frans en Engels en kennis van het Nederlands is een plus.
