De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Executive Assistant inhoudt:

  • Ondersteunen van de directie bij dagelijkse activiteiten en prioriteiten
  • Beheren van agenda’s, plannen van vergaderingen en coördineren van interne en externe communicatie
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van interne en externe events
  • Instaan voor facility management van het hoofdkantoor
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse operationele en administratieve taken
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte informatieflow binnen de organisatie
  • Omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie op een discrete en professionele manier

  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar in omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie
