Our client is a leading international industrial group headquartered in Belgium. To support several members of the Executive Committee, the company is looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant in Brussels.

Jobomschrijving

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to three C-levels, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinating business travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and formatting presentations, reports and other business documents.
  • Supporting leadership meetings, events and training sessions.
  • Anticipating executives' needs and ensuring smooth follow-up on key actions.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support on strategic initiatives.
  • You are looking for a first experience or already have a few years of experience as Management Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • You are fluent in French and English, with a good understanding of Dutch.
  • You are organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • You are comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.
  • You communicate professionally and confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • You are flexible, service-oriented and eager to learn.
