Executive Assistant – Business Support Team

Ben jij een ervaren Management Assistant die zich als een vis in het water voelt binnen een internationale, corporate organisatie? Werk je graag op hoog niveau, schakel je moeiteloos tussen stakeholders en haal je energie uit dynamiek en afwisseling? Dan is dit een rol waarin jouw ervaring volledig tot zijn recht komt.

Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je meer dan ondersteunend; je bent een vertrouwde sparringpartner, een organisatorisch anker en een onmisbare schakel binnen het team. Je werkt in een professionele, veeleisende omgeving waar kwaliteit, discretie en vooruitdenken essentieel zijn.

Afhankelijk van de opdracht bestaan jouw werkzaamheden onder andere uit:

- Complex en proactief agendabeheer voor senior management; - Inbox- en prioriteitenmanagement; - Voorbereiden, coördineren en notuleren van (internationale) meetings; - Organiseren van zakelijke reizen, events en teamactiviteiten; - Ondersteuning bij projecten, rapportages en administratieve processen; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.
