Je bent veel onderweg en verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en contracteren van nieuwe locaties in jouw regio Den Haag, Zuid-Holland. Je werkt zelfstandig en gebruikt je analytische vaardigheden om kansen te signaleren en te verzilveren. Als Expansion Specialist ben je actief in jouw toegewezen regio en werk je voor de logistieke sector. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van het locker-netwerk door nieuwe locaties te vinden, te analyseren en te contracteren. Als acquisitie specialist ben je dagelijks onderweg in jouw regio om potentiële locaties te identificeren, eigenaren te benaderen en het netwerk verder te laten groeien. - Verwerven van nieuwe locaties voor het locker-portfolio in jouw regio - Analytisch onderbouwen van locatiekeuzes met data en inzichten - Opstellen en bijhouden van rapportages over het acquisitieproces - Beheren en up-to-date houden van CRM-systemen - Benaderen en overtuigen van eigenaren, exploitanten en beslissers - Onderhandelen over contracten en randvoorwaarden - Delen van marktinformatie en inzichten met het team - Samenwerken met het Deployment team voor technische opvolging - Initiëren van vergunningstrajecten Je werkt in een groeiende internationale organisatie die actief is in pakketlogistiek. Projecten richten zich op het snel uitrollen van nieuwe lockers bij uiteenlopende type locaties zoals supermarkten, tankstations en sportverenigingen.
