Ben jij een ervaren Import Expediteur of Export Expediteur die energie haalt uit internationale logistiek, klantencontact en het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers van A tot Z? Voor onze verdere groei zijn we op zoek naar zowel een Expediteur Import als een Expediteur Export. Heb jij voornamelijk ervaring binnen één van beide domeinen? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Beschik je over kennis van zowel import als export? Dan is dat uiteraard een grote meerwaarde.

Je krijgt de kans om je expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen internationale zeevracht, luchtvracht en gespecialiseerde logistieke stromen. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses focus je op import, export of een combinatie van beide. Binnen deze veelzijdige functie werk je nauw samen met klanten, agenten, rederijen, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en logistieke partners wereldwijd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte operationele en administratieve opvolging van internationale transportdossiers en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een uitstekende dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig beheren van import- en exportdossiers van A tot Z
  • Organiseren en coördineren van internationale transporten via zeevracht, luchtvracht en reefer logistics
  • Boeken van transporten bij rederijen, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en logistieke partners
  • Opvolgen van zendingen vanaf ophaling tot levering bij de eindklant
  • Verzorgen van alle transportdocumentatie en douaneformaliteiten
  • Opstellen en controleren van inklaringen, uitvoerdocumenten, certificaten en vergunningen
  • Beheren van IVK-dossiers, veterinaire controles en FAVV-formaliteiten voor food- en agroproducten
  • Dagelijks communiceren met klanten, agenten, transporteurs, terminals, inspectiediensten en internationale partners
  • Proactief informeren van klanten over de status van hun zendingen
  • Bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en servicelevels
  • Snel en oplossingsgericht reageren op operationele uitdagingen en afwijkingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan efficiëntere logistieke processen en een optimale klanttevredenheid
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als Freight Forwarder, Expediteur, Import Export Specialist of Transport Coördinator
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van internationale logistiek, forwarding en supply chain processen
  • Ervaring met zeevracht, luchtvracht en multimodaal transport is een grote troef
  • Kennis van douanewetgeving, inklaringen en internationale handelsdocumenten
  • Ervaring met FAVV-procedures, veterinaire controles, fytosanitaire documenten of food logistics is een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers gelijktijdig lopen
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht tijdens drukke periodes
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een sterke troef
