Over de organisatie

Als Expediteur Luchtvracht kom je terecht bij een internationaal bedrijf op Brucargo actief in de logistieke sector en bekend omwille van zijn uitgebreide opleidingsprogramma en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je werkt 38u per week waarbij je kan starten tussen 7u30 en 10u. Stoppen kan vanaf 16u. De vestiging op Brucargo bestaat uit een 40tal personen waarbij een goede werksfeer centraal staat. Het team werkt nauw samen en aangezien ze regelmatig met elkaar schakelen is werken op kantoor de voorkeur. Echter is er de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor 1 dag thuiswerk per week.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Expediteur Luchtvracht ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van luchtvrachtzendingen van A tot Z. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de transportorders tijdig en accuraat verwerkt worden, en dat alle documenten voor de export, het transport en de douane op orde zijn. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, douane-expediteurs en interne afdelingen om een vlotte uitvoering van de luchtvrachtzendingen te garanderen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Coördineren van export luchtvracht boekingen van A tot Z.
  • Verwerken van transportorders in het systeem volgens de gestelde deadlines.
  • Contact onderhouden met interne afdelingen en externe dienstverleners om het transport van goederen en documenten soepel te laten verlopen, in lijn met de eisen van de klanten
  • Nauw samenwerken met klanten, douane-expediteurs en interne afdelingen.
  • Zorg dragen voor een volledig en correct transportdossier, inclusief de nodige uitvoer-, transport- en douanedocumentatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Voor de functie van Expediteur Luchtvracht is Hays op zoek naar iemand die idealiter beantwoordt aan onderstaande criteria:
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante werkervaring als expediteur luchtvracht (export of import)
  • Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een bachelordiploma (Logistiek Management) komen ook in aanmerking!
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook iemand die goed kan samenwerken in een dynamisch team
