Voor een onafhankelijk accountancykantoor in regio Westerlo zoekt Konnekt iemand die die fase bereikt heeft. Geen klassieke senior, maar een expert die graag meedenkt, adviseert en impact heeft. Niet alleen voor klanten, maar ook binnen het kantoor. Hier krijg je geen functie waarin je gewoon méér dossiers doet. Je krijgt een omgeving waar jouw ervaring ook echt iets betekent.

Functieomschrijving Jij:

  • bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen portefeuille van ondernemers en begeleidt hen bij fiscale en accountancyvraagstukken.
  • kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen en denkt proactief mee over oplossingen en optimalisaties. Complexe dossiers geven je energie, net omdat ze je uitdagen.
  • bent daarnaast een natuurlijke sparringpartner voor collega's. Niet omdat dat in je functiebeschrijving staat, maar omdat mensen spontaan bij jou aankloppen wanneer ze willen overleggen

Je hoeft jezelf niet meer te bewijzen, want jij:

  • hebt voldoende ervaring opgebouwd binnen een accountancy- of fiscaal kantoor en weet wat kwalitatief advies betekent.
  • bent iemand die graag met klanten rond de tafel zit
  • communiceert helder en bent oprecht geïnteresseerd is in het verhaal achter de onderneming.
