The posting

• Meebouwen aan een geïntegreerde aanpak rond talentmanagement en -ontwikkeling, zoals successieplanning, talentpools en loopbaanpaden. Ook op het vlak van talentontwikkeling van medewerkers & leidinggevenden zet je je schouders graag mee onder projecten & programma’s.

• Je identificeert proactief talentuitdagingen en vertaalt die naar gerichte processen en interventies.

• Je ontwikkeling & implementeert robuuste talentprocessen. Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde, gedragen en toekomstgerichte aanpak die de maturiteit van Helan versterkt.

• In jouw functie ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor talent management. Je adviseert HR Adviseurs, directie en managers, faciliteert workshops en ondersteunt de organisatie en leidinggevenden bij complexe talentvraagstukken.

• Je analyseert en rapporteert talentdata, skills, mobiliteit en risico’s. Je maakt trends zichtbaar, bewaakt datakwaliteit en onderbouwt de ROI van talentinitiatieven met heldere inzichten.

• Je optimaliseert systemen zoals het HRIS in functie van talent processen. Je vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen en neemt waar nodig de rol op van projecttrekker, facilitator of coach.

Master in een menswetenschappelijke richting (psychologie, pedagogie,…)

• Minstens 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen L&D, talentmanagement, HR development of competentiemanagement en beschik over een brede kennis van verschillende leervormen, leeroplossingen en talentprocessen.

• Je hebt ervaring met het uitwerken van opleidingsplannen en -programma’s. Daarbij voel je je thuis in thema’s als talentreviews, talentpools, successieplanning, competentiemodellen en skill frameworks.

• Data en digitale tools zijn echt zaken die professioneel kan gebruiken. Ervaring met een LMS, HRIS, HR-analytics en datagedreven HR-rapportering is mooi meegenomen.

• Je neemt gemakkelijk initiatief, bent enthousiast en weet mensen mee te krijgen in jouw verhaal. Je communiceert vlot, bouwt sterke relaties op en beweegt graag tussen verschillende stakeholders en niveaus binnen een complexe organisatie.

• Je denkt in oplossingen, deelt spontaan je kennis en werk graag samen. Je combineert een stevige inhoudelijke expertise met een pragmatische aanpak en krijgt energie van mensen en organisaties in beweging brengen.
