- Expertplanner / 28,8 uur Met ingang van 1 januari wordt er gewerkt vanuit vier doelgroepen: EMB. EVB, MVB en LVB. Alle vier de doelgroepen bestaan uit verschillende clusters. Een cluster bestaat uit woon- en dagbestedingslocaties. De expertplanner wordt gekoppeld aan een doelgroep en per doelgroep zijn meerdere expertplanners werkzaam. Als expertplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere clusters en werk je nauw samen met collega-expertplanners. Samen zorgen jullie voor afstemming, kennisdeling en continuïteit en vervangen jullie elkaar waar nodig. In een cluster werken teams met hun eigen rooster. Medewerkers hebben hierin zelf regie via samenroosteren en zijn gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk voor een werkbaar en passend rooster binnen hun team. Als expertplanner ondersteun jij deze teams en zorg je ervoor dat de personeelsplanning niet alleen binnen één team, maar ook op clusterniveau goed op elkaar aansluit. Waarom hier werken? Je ondersteunt teams bij het maken van een kwalitatief goed rooster, waarbij medewerkers zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie houden. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, kijkt over de grenzen van individuele teams heen en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers binnen jouw cluster(s). Wanneer teams zelf niet tot een passende oplossing komen of wanneer sprake is van complexe planningsvraagstukken, neem jij tijdelijk meer regie. Je bewaakt het roosterproces, brengt belangen samen en ondersteunt teams bij het vinden van passende oplossingen. Zo draag je bij aan een gezonde balans tussen de wensen van medewerkers, de zorgvraag en de beschikbare capaciteit. Wat ga je doen? Als expertplanner heb je een veelzijdige functie waarin je een directe bijdrage levert aan goede zorg én prettig werken voor collega's.
